Classic Series Retractable Awning

Quality - I have been enjoying my awning. Well made and worth the money.

I got motorized luxury series and love it - I bought this about a month ago to have some shade off front porch,it has made it so much cooler on porch and also blocks sun rays from coming through windows,summer time it is needed!

Exactly what we wanted! - Well made! We love it!

Ordering was easy. Item was very well packaged. I was impressed by the quality of the steel wall brackets and awning frame. Assembly and installation was fairly easy. My wife and I installed a 12x10 with no trouble. The only catch is installing the 3 bracket bolts. The spring loaded arms are tied to the frame and the directions state not to cut the ties until the bolts are in place. The bolts are very tricky to install with the arm ties still installed. If you are careful, it is easier to install the bolts after removing the ties. Just be sure and stay clear of the arms when you remove the ties. Make sure you have at least another person when you place the awning in the brackets. So far, we are very pleased with the smooth operation of the awning. A great feature is having the adjustable pitch. It was easy to set up and use. I would definitely buy again.

Quality not often seen today - I am in the Construction industry and I see all kinds of junk products being sold as “High Quality” “ heavy Duty” “ Commercial Grade” and every other misleading labeling for pieces of crap. Not this thing. The first thing I noticed was how it was packaged… With care and totally protected. Then came the brackets heavy bodied cast steel . Then the awning itself from the worm drive to the canvas to the rollers and every anchoring piece of hardware for any application you can imagine. Their customer service in contact constantly prior to shipping to ensure it’s coming to the right place and when.Truly a joy to see something made with this much pride.

You need the second hand to lift the awning into place. - Very easy to install 1 man did all the prep work he needed 1 other for 30 minutes to loft the awning into place.

Heavy duty awning. great quality fabric. Completely assembled with all brackets for mounting.

Works perfectly, great quality. No problem with delivery comes in a double thick cardboard box. Easy to install basically bolt the 3 brackets and hung it.

For what I needed perfect , was looking for an option that could wall or ceiling mount. This is only one I found that did both. Plus it’s fully assembled. Other I looked at were not and I see that being a big pain, just mount and hang this one. Will need 2 strong adults gust like in the video, I have the 8 by 10. In also has a pause button so you can stop it at your desired length

Super easy to install, being that it is all previously on delivery. Well worth the extra cost! Took me and my brother 45 minutes to get it up. (We already had a mounting player from an old deck)

The awning is beautiful and works great! We are enjoying using our deck in the after noon we never could before. I would definitely recommend it.

looks good, it just took a long time to get here - Items looks good, it just took a long time to get here. The carriers did not have a truck long enough to transport this. it was left up to me to chase this and arrange delivery with MAERSK . Amazons response was to offer me the option to cancel and also to offer to give me a refund after to stating it was lost, which it clearly was not. I would love some compensation for the waiting

CAN I REPLACE JUST THIS AWNING WITHOUT THE FRAME - I LOVED THIS AWNING BUT I HAVE HAD IT FOR 10 YEARS AND WOULD LIKE TO JUST REPLACE TYHE AWNING WITHOUT THE FRAME IF P[OSSIBLE

DOESNT FIT - it doesn't say anywhere on the listing about the space requirements which are 11" of clearance for mounting. had to return it

Manufacturer does not specify the critical measurement requirements needed in order to install this. I spent a long time researching and wound up buying 2 of them and had to send them both back. and then the manufacturer threatened to charge me for the return shipping which is against Amazon policy.

Very nice and is just as pictured. It was delivered a lot sooner than expected by a really nice driver. The product is very easy to put up as long as you have a couple of strong hands. Works great first try!
