Luxury Series Retractable Awning

Lots of nice features - The 12 ft. Luxury electric awning is just what I needed. It fit nicely above my deck. It only comes with the cord on the left side but it has a 16 ft. Electric cord that reached to the electric outlet on the opposite side of my deck without the need for an extension cord. I really appreciate how easy it is to adjust the downward pitch angle on this awning. I could not find another awning manufacturer that offered this feature without having to call the installer to come out to do it for you. The fabric seems to be top notch. I've owned many awnings on my RV's over the last 30 years and none have come close to this quality. The motor operates silently and steadily. I can now sit on my deck without being baked! I called the factory directly to get answers to my questions before ordering the awning. A real person always answered the phone and was very polite and answered all my questions. They were very knowledgeable. I also called other awning manufacturers direct in doing pre- sales research and many times nobody answered the phone. When I was able to speak to a person most were not able to answer my questions and these were the big name manufacturers that you always see advertised that are much more expensive. I figured if I needed help after the sale it would probably be easier with Advaning. So far I'm impressed with them and feel they are a good value.

High quality awning with clear installation directions. - I looked at several awnings before deciding on this one. Too many of the others had bad reviews for quality or installation instructions. So I spent a little more. It was worth it. From the mounting brackets that look like they could support something much heavier to the finish details like the scalloped valence, it's just what I wanted. Installation was easy, and the awning extends and retracts smoothly.

Why is it so good at this price? Impressed! - Impressive in function and weight! Very pleased with the build quality on this awning. Installation is very straight forward, however I definitely underestimated how hard it is to lift 90+ pounds over my head to get it in the brackets. My wife and I survived two attempts with no injuries and with clever engineering got it mounted on the third try.

After a lot of research, comparing brands, support, components, and fabrics. we purchased the 12x10 Luxury electric awning in black. It looks and works great! No issues, install was straightforward, no missing parts, and good instructions :)

Great looking and great features and at such a better price point than those you see advertised! - We bought the Advaning Luxury Electric 12x10 in black. It looks fantastic, great function and adjustability for our back deck. The pitch adjustment for leveling and shade protection/view is great. Using the remote to stop partially extended when we want to avoid light rain but still see the woods is a really nice feature as well. We had a handyman install simply to make sure the mounts were to the header through the hollow brick, but it was really easy and quick.

Happy so far. - Installed last week. Packaging was very good, no shipping damage. Custom wood pallet to protect the cardboard box during shipping. Hired a contractor to install as I am a super senior. Most difficult operation was to find the studs through the hardboard siding. Two younger guys could easily install in a couple hours. Appears to be of good quality. Everything worked right out of box. With $500 installation cost this awning was half the price of local awning company, and less than 1/3 cost of Sunsetter. Warranty is comparable to Sunsetter. Customer service appears very responsive. Shipped with LTL truck delivery. Don’t expect any delivery date updates from Home Depot. Delivered several days before HD website “estimated delivery date”. is pretty much same as Sunsetter.

Fit as it should - It’s very nice and so far works perfectly. Quality is very high for this price

Excellent awning - Excellent awning. It came well-packed. Installation instructions are clear and easy to follow. You need two strong people to lift it and attach it to the house. The awning is high quality, sturdy, and operates very quietly. Keeps the inside of the house cool. We highly recommend the product and are very happy with it.

electric Awning - Very nice quality and no noise

Excellent value - I believe we bought this a couple of years ago. It's held up well and the remote control is still working with zero issues. It was mounted on the roof. We bought special brackets and it's worked out beautifully. The colors are still vibrant.If I did anything differently I would have bought the one with the wind feature. If you forget to retract it and a big wind or storm comes through there could be an issue. We love it.

good buy - work great

We bought a 12' electric awning and absolutely love it. We got the luxury model and found it to be very heavy duty. We also purchased the wind sensor from their shop as well. Advaning is a lot less money than the well known competitors. Customer service is top notch with this company!

The package arrived, and when we opened it, we found it was packed so we'll, everything was perfect. As it was 100% fully assembled, the installation was easy as could be. The instructions were easy to follow, and illustrated well. Installation went just as planned, including getting z neighbor to help lift the 16-foot awning into the brackets. The heavy lifting part of the job took just a few minutes. We love the motorized action, and we're glad to have spent the extra few dollars. We're totally satisfied. Just wish we did it sooner!

It came in a very big, heavy box. It was all together and easy to put up with some help. I would definitely recommend this product.

High quality awning; High quality and fast motor for quick set up.

First, we did not receive the correct color that we selected. Second, your instructions call for 5 wall mounts and we received 3. I ordered two additional wall brackets and now I need to get the installer back to install them.

Great Awning. Just installed after weather and install manpower delays. Looks great and works fine. One item is the from inside right arm does not seem to close all the way. It looks good after the awing is opened about 3 feet or more. When closed the right arm is not closed all the way. Not sure if this is just a adjustment.

This is the best Sunshade ever @Advaning! Very well made, thick material and perfect for providing lots of shade around our pool in the Florida heat. We purchased the manual & electric combo retractability awning and it works perfectly. The hardware was all included and easy to install. We are more than pleased with our beautiful awning. Well worth the money!!

Nice product! - Just installed this took about 30 minutes. It came fully assembled and included the necessary hardware to install. We will enjoy our deck a lot more now and cut down on our electric bill as well. Win win!

WE LOVE OUR AWNING - We love our new awning! We bought the luxury 12 x 10 electric awning and it is absolutely perfect. It is heavy duty, built to last, and the price was much less than other well known name brands. It was shipped and made it here in good condition, however we did encounter some miscommunication with the carrier. I contacted Advaning and they immediately helped resolve the problem. Their customer service is amazing! We are in our senior years and lifting this up to install it by ourselves wasn't possible because it weighs about 120 lbs. So we found a really nice handyman to assist us and it was up and running in less than 2 hours. It doesn't have lights or a wind sensor, but we don't care. We are now looking forward to enjoying the summer on our deck.
