PA Series Solid Polycarbonate Awning

I called the company to get a small replacement part. I was surprised that delivery was free. The part arrived when expected and was installed. Great customer service.

Two person installation - We needed this and it has been great. We were having difficulties finding something low profile to work for our situation and this does the trick. The tint is nice. I felt it was easy to assemble but I am ikea level expert. I do recommend a second person you work well with. We installed it a year ago and it seems to have no issues other than I need to clean it. I am going to guess it's easier to actually clean than it is to get the tools set up to clean it.

Finally! An awning that is as sturdy as they say it is. - Took me a few orders and a TON of searching to find a decent quality awning that did not costs 1000+. I had purchased several before this that claimed it was heavy duty but when I got it ...it was flimsy. This is good quality stuff that lives up to what they say. Now they even have a steel version for only $500. I got the Aluminum and it is great. Would not hesitate to get again.

Hard to assemble, but good looking - Very nice looking, but assembly takes time (1 h), wooden blocks, and patience. Assembly was difficult. 2 people and ladders necessary for installation.

I take my dog out at night , because I live in the country and now I can stay dry while I’m out thre - I love this , it was easy to install and does the job it was meant to do. It holds up with the wind we get. We didn’t get any snow this year, so we will see👍👍👍

Strong & excellent quality. Heavy duty brackets that can withstand weight and wind. I checked out several others and by far this is the best. You won't be disappointed. Installing on vinyl siding was a little challenging but I made it work. Shims are needed & 3 people to install is helpful so two can hold the weight while you bolt it up.

Have not had a chance to install yet, appears well constructed. Very good packaging, didn't find any damages even though the outer box did have some dings. Will update should any gremlins rear their heads during the installation.

Awesome product, easy to install. - My husband and I own a handyman company, we bought this for a customer who wanted a clear awning for her backdoor. She absolutely loved it! It was super easy to install, it's clear so don't expect much shade as expected but it's sturdy, protects you from the rain. The price was actually very good and the quality I couldn't be happier with. Not to much plastic and it fit great. I would highly recommend this product. I hope that helps!

Company doesn't supply material for assembly it's double sided tape sent 96" but need 211" - Not enough tape for gaskets it's tape omg

This is an expensive awning and you will need two people at least to put it up correctly. However it has proven very durable and has good protection from the rain.

This says it is 36" deep. It is 37 3/4" deep. It did not fit our needs

We removed an awning from my mothers and put it on our house, and purchased these to replace the brackets that the manufacturer used, and they worked just as well.

Cheaply made, missing parts - Box arrived damaged and partly open… parts were loose in the box with some pieces missing. Parts are cut by hand and not by machine. Overall a very cheaply manufactured product.

I would recommend watching videos and reading the reviews on how to hang this properly - For me, this works well outside my house and keeps the back stairs to my garden clear. I chose this particular model because the braces are actually underneath the roofline not on the ends which in our area that gets a lot of snow will give it extra support. I’ve only had it up for a couple months. I will update this review when we get some snow and see how well it does. I did watch some videos and also read each of the reviews carefully on the different ways people hung this up. I followed the directions in the box. Everything was fairly easy to do and we were able to hang it in only a couple of hours. *The Big thing is getting the rubber gaskets on !! Absolutely use soap and water and a rubber mallet, after the rubber gasket is soaked in soap and water use the rubber mallet to tap slow and carefully. It’s going to take some time. It’s great if you have somebody else who can help hold it while you’re tapping and making sure it goes in. Towards the end we were definitely hitting it with some force but you certainly don’t want to bend the metal. Putting the gaskets on was the longest part of this entire process. It did take two of us. For hanging outside, having somebody who can hold it up while the other person puts the lag bolts in was very useful.
