Assembly- Although this product looks easy to assemble, it's extremely difficult. The directions are poorly written and are not clear. In the instructional video, they have two workers assembling the awning, this is a clue, a single person will have a hard time assembling this product. Unfortunately, I gave up after several attempts and returned the awnings.

Great looking awning. Love that we can see through it and enjoy the trees overhead. It came well packaged and in good shape. Install was fairly straightforward. The only issue we had was the double sided tape provided was not enough to use on all the sides as stated in the instructions.

The package arrived very quickly - also very beaten up - likely this was a return and the packaging was slap dash at best. My installer hasn't put it up yet - but to me there doesn't appear to be any damage. I'll know better later in the week 5 stars for delivery time, 1 for packaging - overall 3
